Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are handled for digital products sold by XENVYRO LLC (“XENVYRO”, “we”, “us”). Our products are downloadable spreadsheets, templates, guides, and related digital files.

1. Before requesting a refund

Please review each product description and package contents before purchasing. If you have a question about compatibility or which package is right for you, contact us before ordering.

2. Digital downloads

Because digital products can be copied and accessed immediately, orders are generally not refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund.

3. Requests before download

If you have not downloaded or accessed the files, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request and, where permitted by law and the order circumstances, may issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Faulty, missing, or incorrect files

If a download link does not work, a file is missing, or the delivered files are materially different from the product description, contact us. We will try to resolve the issue by providing the correct files or a working download. If we cannot resolve it, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

5. How to request help

Email support@xenvyrollc.net with your order number, purchase email, product name, and a short explanation. Please do not send full payment-card details.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where local law provides a cooling-off period or specific rules for digital content, those rules apply. If immediate access to digital content requires your express consent and acknowledgement that a statutory withdrawal right may be lost, the checkout process should collect that consent where required.
